How to Use This Quiz
Read each hand, calculate the score, then decide whether the hand should draw or stand. Do not rush: the point of the quiz is to build automatic pattern recognition.
Table variations exist, so treat these answers as educational defaults and always follow the rules shown in the product or room you join.
Questions 1-5
1. A + 8 = 9. It is AutoShan, so stand.
2. K + 5 = 5. This is a borderline hand; drawing is usually acceptable for beginners.
3. 7 + Q = 7. Stand in most situations.
4. 6 + 8 = 14, so the score is 4. Drawing is favoured.
5. 3 + 2 + 6 = 11, so the final score is 1.

Questions 6-10
6. Player 6 vs Banker 6 usually goes to the banker because ties favour the banker.
7. Player AutoShan 8 beats Banker 7.
8. With Player 4 and no other context, draw by the beginner rule.
9. 10 + J = 0, so standing is usually too weak.
10. A two-card 9 is AutoShan. Do not draw.
